The speed of a single copy of a file that is less than or equal to the SLC cache set capacity is very fast. SLC buffer generally only accounts for 20% of the total capacity. Such as 1TB products, SLC buffer is generally less than 200GB, and the speed of a single copy of the file within 200GB is very fast. When a single copy exceeds this capacity, the later speed may slow down. The above is the result of Flash characteristics.
